USDA Commodity Food Program
The above dates and times are for food distribution as well as acceptance of applications for the food commodity program. Program participants are required to inform us of any change in income or change in number of persons living in their household. A household cannot participate in the food commodity program if they are on the food stamp program. You can participate in only one of the above programs. Wrong information on application, dual participation, selling or exchanging USDA food commodities could be a basis for disqualification from the food commodity program. You must live on an Indian reservation in order to be eligible to receive food commodities. Do not leave the distribution site after signing. If your name is called and you are not there you will be put at the end of the list. If you do not pick up on your scheduled reservation day, you must make an appointment to pick up at the warehouse. Call our office for appointment. In accordance with federal law and USDA policy this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, political beliefs, or disability. To file a complaint of discrimination, write USDA, director, office of civil rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20250-9410, or call (800) 795-3272 (voice) or (202) 720-6382 (tty).
